March of Dimes Canada draws on more than 60 years of experience to serve people of all ages living with a disability or disabilities.
March of Dimes Canada’s mission is to enhance the independence, personal empowerment and community participation of people with disabilities by offering a wide range of programs and services.
March of Dimes Canada has approximately 1600 staff and enjoys the support of more than 18,000 volunteers.

How we serve the public:
- By providing programs and community services that improve accessibility for Canadians at home and work
- Providing important fee-for-service programs to consumers with permanent or temporary disabilities
- By administering government funded services such as the Home and Vehicle modification program.
- Providing a wide range of employment, job development and placement services.
- Providing employers, health insurers and other industry partners with advanced employee and client care, including; physical assessment audits, sensitivity and awareness training and accessible customer services.
- Advocating for people living with physical disabilities; keeping a watchful eye on important issues and contributing in the decision-making process with government at all levels.
