Applicants over the age of 19 must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to apply to March of Dimes’ Assistive Devices program:
- 19 years of age or older
- have an ongoing physical limitation that requires the use of an assistive device
- be In financial need (refer to the Income Eligibility chart below)
- be a permanent resident of Ontario
