Meet John
John, an independent man in his senior years, was thrilled to receive funding for hand controls to operate his van. An amputee due to diabetes, John was able to utilize his hands to operate his vehicle.
Meet Hazel
Hazel was born with Cerebral Palsy causing Spastic Quadriplegia. Her impairment has created difficulty getting in and out of her home as well as performing transfers within the home.
Meet Edward
Diagnosed with diabetes, Edward found it difficult to ambulate without losing sensation in his legs, making stairs too difficult to maneuver. With the aid of a new mobility scooter for long distance travel Edward was able regain his independence in his daily living routine.
