Ontario March of Dimes was founded in 1951. Over the past half a century, we have grown! As March of Dimes Canada we have expanded our programs and services to reach out to Canadians coast to coast. Donations are accepted by March of Dimes Canada and used to provide support for programs and services offered by both Ontario March of Dimes and March of Dimes Canada.
March of Dimes is in the process of recruiting door-to-door monthly donations. This differs from our winter door-to-door campaign as we are seeking donors who will make long-term monthly pledges. This does not allow for cash donations as all monthly pledges are made through either electronic funds transfer, pre-authorized credit card transactions or by cheque and all funds are paid directly to March of Dimes from the donor. This adds to the credibility of our work on behalf of the charity and provides the us with a much-needed long-term revenue stream.
