Peer Support Groups
It is important to know that you are not alone. Polio Canada® peer support groups give survivors, families, friends, and caregivers the opportunity to share personal experiences, exchange valuable information and offer a network of mutual support.

Education is a key component of Polio Canada®. In addition to distributing information packages to our new members, we also offer resources on our website, through seminars, conferences and publications. Polio Canada® is committed to reporting on new research about the long-term needs of polio survivors and their family members.
