Walk ‘n’ Roll is a national fundraising initiative for March of Dimes Canada Peer Support Services department which supports Polio Canada®. This fundraiser was started by the Stroke Survivors Association of Ottawa, expanded provincially under March of Dimes Canada in 2009 and is now expanding nationally in 2010. The goal of the event is three-fold:

    • To raise funds for peer-support groups
    • To raise awareness in the community about your support group and Stroke Recovery Canada®/Polio Canada®
    • To provide a fun team event for your group
