Stroke Recovery Canada®, a program of March of Dimes Canada, was created to help stroke survivors and their family members regain their independence, find the support they need and learn how to survive and thrive after stroke. 

 

Stroke Recovery Canada is a national service offering post-recovery support, education and community integration programs for stroke survivors, their caregivers, families and health care providers.  Through its work with local peer support groups across the country, Stroke Recovery Canada provides Canadians with the resources needed to survive and thrive.
 

To register for the National Stroke Survivors Registry, please complete and submit the form , or request a paper form by contacting Stroke recovery Canada , 10 Overlea Blvd., Toronto, ON M4H 1A4.
