
The “Stroke for Stroke” Golf Tournament is held as a FUN competition to support the work of the Stroke Recovery Group of Ontario and to celebrate the return to golf by stroke and heart attack victims. It’s the 11th Annual, and we’d like to make it the biggest and best yet! We’ve raised over $27000 to date!!!
The tournament will be held at:
Black Horse Golf Course
2 k. S. of Hwy. 9 on Bruce County 1
(15 k. E. of Kincardine)
Registration: 11:30am
Shotgun Tee-off: 12:30pm
Cost: $100
Includes 18 holes green fees, an excellent dinner, GOOD prizes for all!
- Donation receipt for $45 to “Stroke Recovery Association”
- Carts are only $13 p.p.; call Black Horse G. C. at 519-395-0009 to reserve
Format: 4-Person Scramble
Recommended minimum handicap per team is 60 (However, we will not turn anyone away, as this is a FUN tournament). We are looking for at least 20 teams.
- It would be nice if your foursome included someone who has recovered from a stroke or heart attack: these are the ones we’re celebrating!
- Coed teams are encouraged.
- Feel free to enter as couples or singles: teams will be made up for you.
