Funded by Local Health Integrated Networks (LHINs), our attendants deliver one-on-one care to people over the age of 16 in their homes, schools or workplace.

We help with daily activities such as:
- Personal grooming and hygiene
- Rising and retiring
- Dressing and undressing, bathing and washing
- Transferring
- Preparing meals
- Toileting, bowel and bladder services
- Ventilator and tracheotomy services
- Taking medication
- Essential communication tasks
- For existing consumers, palliative support can be offered when appropriate.
Where funding and resources are available and in conjunction with personal care, we may help with daily activities such as:
- Range of motion exercises
- Household Management (i.e laundry and light housekeeping)
- Accompanying consumers to medical appointments and/or special events
We have been providing compassionate, professional services for more than 20 years, and our experienced and caring staff has helped us grow into one of the largest attendant service providers in Ontario. This program is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Who is Eligible
- have a permanent physical disability
- be 16 years of age or older
- have a valid health card
- be able to direct his/her care. For example, is he/she capable of managing, determining, and communicating when and how he/she needs assistance and is able to co-operate with this provision
- be eligible for specific Aging at Home programs
