Leisure time and social activities are important in everyone's life. So is the support of friends and communities. Too often, however, there are barriers to recreational opportunities for those living with disabilities. Ontario March of Dimes, through Recreation and Integration Services, provides opportunities to increase social and recreational experiences for adults with physical disabilities.
Benefits of the program include:
- helps people overcome barriers to participation
- enhances community involvement
- creates lasting friendships
- improves quality of life
All of the programs offered through Recreation and Integration services are provided in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Whether you are looking for a week long adventure or would like to meet new friends, Ontario March of Dimes Recreation & Integration Services is your source for community access.
