March of Dimes Canada to address acquire brain injuries at North Bay conference. MODC is partnering with Oatley Vigmond and the North Bay Regional Health Centre to present a day-long workshop on acquired brain injury caused by intimate partner violence (IPV). 

Sessions will focus on topics such as: March of Dimes Canada's programs in Northern Ontario, brain injury and IPV among marginalized populations, obtaining legal help and best practice tools for management of concussion developed by the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation. 

The workshop will be of particular interest to health care professionals and others who support acquired brain injury survivors.
