Get your corporate team or a team of friends together for this fast and fun charity tournament on July 31, 2017 at Beach Blast, 15 Leswyn Rd. (Lawrence Ave W and Caledonia Rd), and help raise money for children and adults with physical disabilities through March of Dimes Canada. 

Each player is asked to raise a minimum of $75 in pledges and there is a team registration fee of $100. 

Low impact for you with no training, no practice, just loads of fun but with big impact for over 75,000 Canadians living with physical disabilities.

How your Spiking for Dimes fundraising helps LIFE participants  
L.I.F.E. (Learning Independence for Future Empowerment) serves young people that have disabilities and are transitioning into adulthood. The program teaches new life skills through Workshops, Transit Training, weekly Social & Recreational Outings, and Conductive Education. Spiking For D​imes Sherkston Shores!

Sherkston Shores Beach Resort, 490 Empire Rd., Sherkston, Ontario

Spiking for Dimes Sherkston Shores is a volleyball tournament fundraiser held to benefit March of Dimes Canada's Campers Helping Campers program for children and adults with disabilities. Get a team of friends or family together for this fast and fun charity tournament on August 12, 2017 at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort and help provide a once-in-a-lifetime camping holiday for children and adults with physical disabilities.  

Each player is asked to raise pledges towards the fundraiser, either directing people to donate online or donate in person at Sherkston Shores.

Please note that Sherkston Shores is a closed resort. Registration is limited to individuals who will be staying at Sherkston Shores during the tournament. Please contact Sherkston Shores Beach Resort at 1-800-263-8121 or ​sherkstonshores@suncommunities.com for more information on availability.

Campgrounds, resorts, RV dealers and many others from across Canada are raising funds through a variety of activities and programs to subsidize the costs associated with supporting children and adults who live with a disability, so they can enjoy a summer camping experience. Costs covered include: specialized transportation to and from camp, meals, Attendant Care, accessible accommodations, supplies and day trips.
