“Tee off to support people with physical disabilities”
For the second straight year, March of Dimes Canada will be the beneficiary of Crabby Joe’s annual charity golf fundraiser, taking place on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Greenwood Golf Club. This is the 11th year the tournament has been held.
The day has much to offer local golfers. In addition to golfing on one of Sarnia’s finest courses, there will be a putting contest, dinner and awards.
Proceeds will support local March of Dimes programming for people living with disabilities in Sarnia-Lambton, which includes funding for assistive devices, independent living support, community integration and more.
Registration will start around 11am and the shotgun will start at noon. The reception starts at 6pm. Dinner and awards will begin shortly after the golfers end their day.
Single tickets are $100 and each player will receive a cart rental, golf package, dinner at the golf course, gift bag, and access to door prizes, 50/50 tickets and hole prizes. Tickets can be purchased at Crabby Joe’s Restaurant located at 1249 London Road in Sarnia. For more information please call 519-337-0866.
