MODC a finalist for Canada's largest charity awards

Voluntary Sector Reporting Awards 2014
March of Dimes Canada is honoured to be selected as a finalist for Canada's largest charity awards - the Voluntary Sector Reporting Awards (VSRAs), in the National Focused Organizations category.
The Voluntary Sector Reporting Awards are presented by the CPA-Queen's Centre for Governance, a partnership between Queen's School of Business and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

More than 140 charities were nominated from Ontario, BC and Alberta. The awards recognize the best non-profit Annual Reports.

"The clarity of communication that the awards require means that each entrant advanced their thinking of how they engage with their communities, to the benefit of all. The finalists are truly examples of voluntary sector reporting. We sincerely congratulate them on their outstanding achievement and look forward to celebrating their success," said Deryck Williams, Partner and National Leader for Charity and Not-for-Profit Organizations at Grant Thornton LLP.

Winners will be annouced at the seventh annual VSRA awards luncheon on February 6, 2015 in Toronto.
