Standing Oaks Supportive Housing
is one of MODC's Non-Profit Housing Corporation's supportive housing programs. This facility in Sarnia is an economic home based alternative for the medically fragile. It offers high level 24 hour on-site attendant care, that would otherwise be only available through hospitals and personal care givers. In 2017, NPHC will begin construction of a four-bedroom extension to the accessible facility, to help alleviate the need for specialized housing and care in Sarnia.
March of Dimes Canada is a proud partner of Community Concern for the Medically Fragile (CCMF).
