If you're a young person living with a physical disability, and you plan to attend college or university in Ontario, you'll want to check out the Post-Secondary Transitions Information Fair. 

Drop by York University anytime between 9:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on October 28, 2017 to find out what transition supports are available to you.


For students with physical disabilties planning to attend ANY post-secondary institute (College or University) in Ontario.

  • Peer/Parent breakout sessions
