You’ll feel great about choosing a career with our Community Support Services team

Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

Our dedicated CSS team members bring their passion and commitment to this vital work every day by directly supporting our clients through various programs, such as Attendant Care & Supportive Housing and Brain Injury Services, and Seniors Services, which we’re currently hiring for. As one of the largest providers of personal support services, we assist people with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and seniors, with the goal of breaking down barriers and maximizing their independence so they can enjoy life fully. As a part of our CSS team, you’ll create positive relationships with our clients based on trust. We believe that:

  • Our clients come first — all our team members are dedicated to providing the assistance clients need to live, work, and learn where and how they want, so they can thrive
  • Relationships are important. It’s why we take our time with our clients and follow their pace. It’s all about meeting their needs with respect, empathy, care, and trust.
