During the COVID-19 pandemic, it's easy to feel isolated and lonely. The LIFE program is trying to combat this by bringing people together. It's important to keep moving, what better way than with dance? This Friday the LIFE program is hosting one of the hottest dance parties of the afternoon! With special guest DJ K. Watkis!

TIME: 9 a.m. PST / 10 a.m. MST / 12 noon EST / 1 p.m. AST
WHERE: Online video-chat platform called Zoom that you need to download on your computer, phone or tablet.
How to Join the Party:
- Download Zoom App
- email DJ K. Watkis at kwatkis@marchofdimes.ca to register and receive the zoom link and meeting ID to join the event.
- On Friday at 12 noon EST ( 9 a.m. PST / 10 a.m. MST / 12 noon EST / 1 p.m. AST) go to the link you were given to connect to Zoom and enter the Meeting ID you were sent.
If your computer does not have a microphone and speakers, you can join by phone by dialing in using one of the following location numbers:
